Deer on the menu

The mild and tender deer is as good on the grill as in the pot.
Färskvaruhallen has produced a completely unique series of cutting details of farmed deer from New Zealand and now finds the meat in the summer menu.
- Many associations deer and wildlife, especially with the fall season, but we must learn to think about meat again. Deer is in season all year round and has a delicious meat flavor without tasting to gamey. I think that more people are requesting meat that is sustainable and ethically raised, says Henning Kvick from Menigo.
A unique cut
Lack of quality beef and increased demand for ethically produced meat without antibiotics led to Färskvaruhallens new venture: A completely unique series of cuts from farmed deer from New Zealand. The amazing flavor, color, textures and satisfied guests are on sale.
The unique cut is created by Richard Hofbauer at Menigo.
